1inch Wallet provides several ways to import or connect your existing wallets. Depending on how you’ve been storing your keys and backups, you can choose one of the following options:

Import Wallet (with a recovery phrase or private key) Enter your mnemonic recovery phrase or a private key to gain full access to an existing wallet.

Connect Ledger Device Pair your Ledger hardware wallet with 1inch Wallet to securely manage funds without exposing private keys.

Derive Wallet ​<a href="https://help.1inch.io/en/articles/6756869-how-to-create-hd-wallets-sub-accounts-ios">Generate additional wallets from the recovery phrase you’ve already imported.</a>

Restore Backup ​<a href="https://help.1inch.io/en/articles/11960546-how-to-manage-manual-backup-files">Bring back your wallet from previously created cloud or manual backup snapshots</a>.

- Restore Backup ​<a href="https://help.1inch.io/en/articles/11960546-how-to-manage-manual-backup-files">Bring back your wallet from previously created cloud or manual backup snapshots</a>.

To import a wallet into 1inch Wallet, you must know its recovery phrase or private key. These are the only credentials that provide full control over an existing wallet.

If you don’t have the recovery phrase or private key, you won’t be able to perform this type of import. In that case, what you might be looking for is a watch-only wallet, which allows you to track balances and activity without transaction rights. At the top-right corner, tap the wallet selector and tap the plus icon.

In the pop-up menu, select Import Wallet.

In the screen opened, enter one of the following:

1. A private key: can be EVM-compatible or Solana-compatible. The wallet will support a single chain of your choice.
2. A recovery phrase: the wallet will be multi-chain.

In the next screen, set a new wallet's name and select the color scheme and pattern to distinguish it from other wallets. Once done, tap Save.

1inch Wallet supports connecting a Ledger hardware wallet. This option lets you manage your funds securely while keeping private keys stored on the Ledger device itself. By pairing your Ledger with 1inch Wallet, you can view balances and sign transactions without ever exposing sensitive information.

In the pop-up menu, select Connect Ledger Device.

Your device may request access to Bluetooth. Grant it, if prompted.

From the list of found devices, select your Ledger device.

In the next screen, select a type of wallet to be added: EVM-compatible or Solana. Allow some time for the device to sync with 1inch Wallet.

From the checkbox list, select accounts to be added to 1inch Wallet. Once done, tap Continue.

Rename the added account, if necessary, and tap Confirm for iOS or Create for Android to finish.

6. Rename the added account, if necessary, and tap Confirm for iOS or Create for Android to finish.
