Will my gas cost be refunded?

If you are not a participant in the 1inch resolver gas refund promotion, your gas fees cannot be refunded.
Due to the fundamental design an open blockchain like Ethereum, it is impossible to refund gas fees back to the sender. These fees for adding transactions to blocks are paid directly to validators on the ETH network (regardless of whether a transaction has been successful or failed).
Also, 1inch network never holds, receives, or maintains custody of these funds, as it only searches for the best routes amongst decentralized protocols.
