The 1inch dApp now supports connecting two wallet extensions at the same time—one for EVM networks (Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, etc.) and one for Solana. This allows you to manage assets and perform transactions across both ecosystems without having to constantly reconnect wallets.
Benefits of connecting two wallets
By connecting two wallets at once, you can:
Save time when switching between networks—no need to disconnect and reconnect when moving between EVM and Solana.
Trade and manage assets more efficiently—perform transactions on both networks without interruptions.
Use specialized wallets for each network—keep your EVM and Solana activities separate for better organization and security.
Connecting a single-network wallet
If your wallet supports only EVM networks, connect your wallet as usual—no changes are needed.
Your connected wallet address will appear in the top-right corner of the dApp. The connect button will remain visible, allowing you to connect a wallet for another network.
If your first wallet is connected via WalletConnect, connecting a second wallet is not currently supported. Also, WalletConnect cannot be used for the second wallet connection at this time.
Example
You connect to MetaMask (EVM-only).
Later, you connect Phantom to enable Solana as well.
Now both networks are available in the same session, each handled by its respective wallet.
Connecting a dual-network wallet
If your wallet supports both EVM and Solana, upon connection, you will see a pop-up with toggles for EVM and Solana. Select the network(s) you want to use by toggling them on in the following manner:
If both networks are enabled, you can freely switch between EVM and Solana without reconnecting.
If only one network is enabled, you can still connect a second wallet for the other network at any time.
Some wallets do not allow simultaneous connections to both EVM and Solana. In such cases, you will be prompted to select one network first. After connecting, you can then connect a second wallet—even from the same provider—to use a different address.
Example 1
Both EVM and Solana are enabled in one wallet, and can be connected simultaneously.
You connect Phantom wallet (which supports EVM and Solana simultaneously)
In the modal window, toggle on both EVM and Solana.
Your EVM and Solana addresses are now connected.
Alternatively, you can enable only EVM or only Solana and connect another wallet extension for the other network.
Example 2
Wallet that supports both EVM and Solana, but doesn’t allow simultaneous connection.
You connect to Exodus, which prompts you to choose either EVM or Solana during the first connection.
You select Solana, and your Solana address is connected.
When you need EVM, you connect Exodus again—no selection is required, as the app automatically connects the EVM provider (only one connection per network is allowed).
Alternatively, you can connect a different EVM wallet, such as MetaMask.
Managing your wallets
Each wallet can be disconnected separately, or you can remove both at once.
Switching networks between EVM and Solana will automatically switch your active wallet.
